By accessing or using the Lucéa website, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the site.

We may update these terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

We do our best to describe our products, including ingredients, sizing, and pricing, as accurately as possible. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated and do not include taxes or shipping fees, which are calculated at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time without prior notice. If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before processing it.

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, errors in product or pricing information, suspected fraud, or unusual activity.

You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout, but this does not mean your order has been accepted. Acceptance occurs when we ship your order and send a shipping confirmation.

We ship worldwide from Canada. Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship it.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at care@lucea.co within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order details. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion.

Lucéa Mouth Tape is intended for external cosmetic and wellness use by adults. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Do not use if you have difficulty breathing through your nose, are under the influence of alcohol or sedatives, or have been advised against mouth taping by a healthcare professional.

By purchasing, you agree to use our products responsibly and at your own risk. If you experience irritation, discomfort, or any adverse reaction, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional if needed.

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, designs, product names, and packaging — is owned by Lucéa or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lucéa and our service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from them will be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be brought in the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
